Let me tell you a bit about my work experience

UI/UX Designer – TOM

2023-2024​

I created wireframes and designed interfaces for artificial intelligence products, as well as developed web pages and websites. I learned to work alongside artificial intelligence and innovate with better tools to streamline my work.

Graphic Designer – MAO

2021-2023​

I created many designs for the institution focused on education and promoting activities, as well as materials for print and preparing them for final artwork.

Web Designer – Campachá

2020​

I designed web pages and websites, as well as user flows to better understand how digital products would be developed for end users. I also performed graphic design tasks and managed accounts such as GoWork and Gel in the Bottle.

Graphic Designer – Ad Media

2018-2019​

I designed artwork for internal communication at Walmart, as well as created posts and graphic elements for accounts in Costa Rica. I also bring support to other accounts when they needed.

Customer Service Representative – Atento

2018-2019​

I assisted inquiries, issues, and requests, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. They provide support via various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat, to resolve issues.
